  Theving management and they have no sense of urgency with online orders. We ordered from the online service twice and ended up waiting longer than people who walked in to order on both instances. We were offered coupons to make up for the inconvenience; however, when we used them the manager treated me like I stole the coupons. The coupons were never applied to the bill. We called several times to discuss with the manager and she never returned my call. Don't order online and don't expect management to listen to your complaints. I will never spend money in this establishment again.

  Food is fine when you go in store but TWICE now I have ordered online and my order has been incorrect. The first time I went back and the manager was nice enough to accommodate my wife and I by giving us coupons for our next order, which we appreciated. We just made another order tonight which included nachos and not only did we not get the chips that we ordered for said nachos, our nachos also didn't have any meat in them, just like the first time we ordered. Not sure where the miscommunication is coming from considering the order is listed out clear as day when you make an online order but this is extremely annoying. Not going to waste the gas to go back and correct/refund the order, just not going to do online ordering anymore...

  I love Qdoba. The portion size for price point I find reasonable, especially considering they do not charge extra for guacamole or double guacamole.
  The staff have always been friendly.
  The seating is comfy and clean.
  The bathrooms are always very clean.
  I love the decor.
  I love the variety on the menu I can even find something for my picky toddler.
  One of my favorite places to eat.
