The food is great, but the service is better. Not just the smiles but the shear honest happiness to serve. Reminds me of Italy a bit. Great food and great experience. That is very rare in southern parts of Delaware. This is one of my favorite places to eat after church on sunday. It's Dover' best kept secret despite the awards. The photos of the menu and drinks speak for itself. Very well managed. FYI, the Menu will be changing in a couple of weeks, new head chef, new manager, not that is was bad before just bringing in the new for 2017. Ask for Katie (with the IE)!March 16, 2017
