  Hands down the best Chinese I've had in dover. I've tried them all. Plus they deliver. You HAVE to try the Cheese Birds best crab Rangoon I've ever had. You don't even need to pay the buck for the red sauce but if you do heavenly. Place has been there a while and is run down but not dirty. AWESOME food good amount of meat and the front staff is fluent in English.

  The prices are ridiculous, the food was dry, and it took over a hour and a half to get my food. My worst decision yet, don't waste your time!

  a bit on the dirty side, no restaurant seating, but the food was pretty good. there are many better options in dover though that are not as shady looking.if they spent a little money cleaning the place up and put some guest seating in it would be a 4 star.
