My order came to me all wrong. I called , and the rest of my order. I ordered a roast beef sandwich that smells like the meat is bad and the fried chicken is sweet. I called back to file my complaint , she was still being rude. I asked several times to speak to someone else and some kind of satisfaction since I had just spent $40+. She yelled at me and had the nerve to school me on how to talk to people. Only adjusting her attitude and tone when I mentioned calling the BBB. I want to file a complaint, I am a customer service rep myself. That is not how you treat peopleDecember 26, 2016
